Implementing ManageBac in your school can be overwhelming and challenging.  Strategies for implementation will be discussed, including identifying stakeholders; training teachers, staff students and parents; and challenges you might encounter along the way.  An important part of the implementation process for each school will be deciding which sections to implement first and how much to implement.  As various aspects of ManageBac are discussed, this will assist each school to make informed decisions on implementation.  During this session I will share my experience at our established IB school.
